About Dr. Matt Morscheck
With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a California license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and executive experience as a Vice President of Human Resources in a Fortune 500 company, I bring both clinical depth and organizational expertise to the career counseling process.
For more than 15 years, I’ve coached hundreds of professionals, executives, and leaders across healthcare, finance, and higher education. As a professor, I also taught graduate students the theory and practice of career counseling for over seven years.
