Dr. Matt Morscheck, PhD, LPCC is an executive coach, consultant, and career strategist based in San Diego. He partners with leaders and organizations to unlock potential, build confidence, and create lasting impact.
With 15+ years of experience in Fortune 500, healthcare, financial services, and higher education settings, Matt brings deep expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. He has designed and led enterprise-wide talent strategies, built leadership development programs from the ground up, and coached leaders at every level — from emerging managers to C-suite executives.
Matt is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He is certified in Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI, Hogan 360), DiSC, MBTI, and the Strong Interest Inventory. He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with advanced coach training from the Center for Executive Coaching.
